That's me

I am a business development and growth leader with over a decade of experience in the games industry, focused on building strong commercial foundations for studios and digital products.

My career did not start in games. I trained as a paramedic and pursued dentistry before finding my professional home in an industry that has shaped me since the 1980s, back when I wore out more than a few C64 joysticks. That unconventional path forced me to reassess what I am truly good at and what kind of work I want to do.

Today, I bring an M-shaped skill set that combines deep experience in business development and partnerships with hands-on expertise in analytics, product, production, and project management. It is a rare combination that allows me to operate across the full commercial lifecycle of a game, from early positioning and market readiness to platform strategy, growth, and long-term scalability.

To me, business development is not a sales function. It is the discipline of turning strong products into strong businesses. From helping young studios become market-ready, to building strategic partnerships that accelerate growth, to using IP and portfolio strategy to enter new markets under strong commercial conditions.

Business development is the never-ending pursuit of growth. I love it, and it is where I do my best work.
